At Rebel Relics Lab, every relic is a one-of-a-kind archived specimen recovered, documented, and released as part of a limited drop. Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of our offerings, all sales are final.
❌ NO REFUNDS · NO RETURNS
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, including but not limited to:

Handheld quartz specimens

Cluster quartz specimens
-
Any other relics or archived items
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
⚠️ LIMITED EXCEPTIONS (SHIPPING-RELATED ONLY)
In rare cases involving:

Significant damage during transit

Item lost during shipping

Incorrect item shipped
A claim may be reviewed if all of the following conditions are met:

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

The damage is clearly consistent with carrier handling

The original outer shipping box shows visible damage

You provide complete photo documentation (see below)

You follow the claim process exactly as outlined
Claims that do not meet all criteria will be denied.
📸 REQUIRED EVIDENCE FOR SHIPPING CLAIMS
To be eligible for review, all claims must include clear photographs of:

The outer shipping box (all sides)

The internal packaging materials
-
The item as received
-
The shipping label
Photos of the item alone, without corresponding packaging damage, are not sufficient for claim review.
🚫 WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED SHIPPING DAMAGE
The following are not eligible for refunds, returns, replacements, or credits:

Damage occurring after delivery

Damage caused by handling, dropping, or misuse

Partial fractures without corresponding outer package damage

Internal cracks, inclusions, or stress points inherent to natural stone
Natural mineral specimens may contain internal fractures or structural variations. These characteristics are inherent to natural materials and do not constitute defects or shipping damage.
