Welcome to Rebel Relics Lab (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rebelrelicslab.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it.

By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF SITE

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • You are legally capable of entering a binding contract

  • You will use the Site for lawful purposes only

We reserve the right to deny service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

 

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)

All items sold by Rebel Relics Lab are:

  • Physical mineral / crystal specimens

  • One-of-a-kind, archived, and non-replicable

  • Sold as collectible artifacts, not commodities

 

NO MEDICAL, SPIRITUAL, OR GUARANTEED EFFECTS

Any references to:

  • energy

  • frequency

  • blessing

  • ritual

  • tradition

  • cultural practices

are descriptive and symbolic only.

We make NO claims regarding:

  • healing

  • medical benefit

  • psychological effect

  • spiritual outcome

  • metaphysical performance

Nothing sold or published by Rebel Relics Lab should be interpreted as medical, religious, or therapeutic advice.

 

3. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers.
We do not store full payment information.

 

4. FINAL SALE POLICY (NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS)

Due to the unique and archival nature of our specimens:

🔒 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept:

  • returns

  • exchanges

  • refunds

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • handheld specimens

  • cluster specimens

  • archived relics

  • limited releases

 

SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS ONLY (AT OUR DISCRETION)

A claim may be reviewed only if:

  • the item was significantly damaged in transit

  • the item was lost by the carrier

  • the wrong item was shipped

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear, unedited photographic evidence

  • Packaging must be visible in images

We reserve the right to:

  • replace the item (if possible)

  • issue store credit

  • deny the claim

⚠️ Damage caused after delivery, including staged or self-inflicted damage, voids all claims.

 

5. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

  • Orders require up to 7 business days to process before shipping

  • Shipping fees are paid by the customer

  • International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility

Once an item is handed to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer

  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content is owned by Rebel Relics Lab, including:

  • images

  • videos

  • logos

  • copy

  • product descriptions

  • branding

  • archive language

You may not:

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • copy

  • modify

  • commercialize

any content without written permission.

 

7. USER CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA

If you submit or tag us in content:

  • you grant us a non-exclusive right to repost for marketing

  • you confirm you own the rights to that content

We are not responsible for third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

 

8. DISCLAIMERS

The Site and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • merchantability

  • fitness for a particular purpose

  • uninterrupted availability

Your purchase is based on personal interest and discretion.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Rebel Relics Lab shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages

  • incidental damages

  • consequential damages

  • loss of use

  • loss of profits

  • emotional or spiritual interpretation outcomes

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the item.

 

10. FRAUD, ABUSE & CHARGEBACKS

We actively monitor for:

  • fraudulent claims

  • false damage reports

  • chargeback abuse

Fraudulent activity may result in:

  • order cancellation

  • account blacklisting

  • legal action

  • evidence submission to payment processors

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of: Jamaica

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

 

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
