Rebel Relics Lab ships individually archived mineral specimens domestically and internationally. Each relic is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit from our archive to its new custodian.

 

📦 ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING

Because each relic is individually archived, documented, and packaged:

• Orders require up to 7 business days to process and ship

• Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

Please note: processing times may vary slightly during limited drops or periods of high demand.

 

💰 SHIPPING FEES

• All customers are responsible for shipping fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to most countries.

Customers are responsible for:

• International shipping charges

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country

Rebel Relics Lab is not responsible for:

• Customs processing delays

• Fees assessed by customs authorities

• Seizures or delays due to local import regulations

Delivery timelines for international orders vary by destination and carrier.

 

📦 PACKAGING & TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY

All relics are packaged using protective materials appropriate for their size and weight to minimize movement during transit.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

 

📍 LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for review.

• Photographs of internal packaging

• Store credit

• Or claim denial if criteria are not met

Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
